In certain situations, an e-mail address that delivers to an account on the server may want to be converted to an e-mail address that forwards externally to another address and vice-versa.<\/p>\n

  1. Login to the Bedienfeld<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Visit\u00a0Mail<\/strong> >\u00a0Mailboxen verwalten<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Under\u00a0Change Mode<\/em>, select\u00a0View\/Edit Mailboxes<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Select the mailbox to edit by the\u00a0edit icon<\/strong> innerhalb der\u00a0Actions<\/em> column\n

    • Hovering your mouse over an entry will display available actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Change\u00a0Type<\/strong>\u00a0+ Destination<\/strong>\u00a0fields respectively\n
        \n
      • To make an e-mail address forward, alter Type<\/strong> from\u00a0L (local delivery<\/em>) to F (forwarded<\/em>)\n
          \n
        • Enter multiple e-mail addresses in the destination text box<\/li>\n
        • Each entry is delimited by a comma (“,”) or enter (“\u23ce”)<\/li>\n
        • To make a forwarded e-mail address delivery locally, alter\u00a0Type<\/strong> from F (“forwarded’<\/em>) to L (“local delivery”<\/em>)<\/li>\n
        • Select the user account under Destination<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • This account maps to a user defined in\u00a0Benutzer<\/strong> >\u00a0Manage Users<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
