In certain circumstances, these caches can become corrupted due to lack of storage. Consequently, whenever\u00a0the cache is accessed by Dovecot, it returns\u00a0incomplete information about your mailbox that is rendered as an empty mailbox.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"solution\" >L\u00f6sung<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to the <a title=\"Anmeldung am Bedienfeld\" href=\"https:\/\/kb.okra.host\/de\/control-panel\/logging-into-the-control-panel\/\">Bedienfeld<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Ensure the user has sufficient storage available via\u00a0<strong>Benutzer<\/strong> &gt;\u00a0<strong> Manage Users<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>If not, edit the storage limit for the user via the <b>Edit<\/b>\u00a0action under\u00a0<em>Actions<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Under\u00a0<strong>Dateien<\/strong> &gt;\u00a0<strong>Datei-Manager<\/strong>, navigate to the user&#8217;s home directory\n<ul>\n<li>This directory will be named\u00a0as\u00a0\/home\/<em>&lt;user&gt;<\/em> wobei <em>&lt;user&gt;<\/em> is the user whose mailbox is corrupted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to the\u00a0<code>Mail\/<\/code>\u00a0folder<\/li>\n<li>Delete files\u00a0<code>dovecot.index<\/code>,\u00a0<code>dovecot.index.log<\/code>, und\u00a0<code>dovecot.index.cache<\/code><\/li>\n<li>Access e-mail again.
