An e-mail containing both your username and optional reset request will be sent to the <a title=\"Updating Your Contact Information\" href=\"https:\/\/kb.okra.host\/de\/control-panel\/updating-your-contact-information\/\">e-mail address<\/a> on record. Password reset requests are valid for only 2 hours.<\/p>\n<p>In the event this e-mail address is invalid, contact support at help@okra.host. Include\u00a0either a copy of your PayPal receipt or last 4 digits of the credit card on account.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Note: passwords, once entered into the system, can never be recovered but only reset. Once you have established a new password, be sure to keep it in a safe place.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"secondary-user\" >Secondary user<\/h2>\n<p>Users that are not the primary account holder may receive a password reset if they have configured an email address via Account &gt; Settings. The same rules apply as for the Primary user.<\/p>\n<p>If no email is configured in apnscp, then these passwords must be reset within the <a href=\"https:\/\/kb.okra.host\/de\/control-panel\/logging-into-the-control-panel\/\">Bedienfeld<\/a>\u00a0by the Primary user:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Visit <strong>Benutzer<\/strong> &gt;\u00a0<strong>Manage Users<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click the <em>Edit<\/em> action under the\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Actions<\/span>\u00a0column<\/li>\n<li>Once the user page loads, enter a new password<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Primary user Passwords may be reset by clicking on &#8220;Forgot your password?&#8221; from the control panel login portal.
